Package Description:

A DISC assessment is a valuable tool that helps individuals gain insights into their personality traits and communication styles, based on the four primary behavioral factors: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientiousness. This assessment provides a deeper understanding of one's own strengths and limitations, as well as those of others, enabling improved interpersonal relationships, effective communication, and enhanced teamwork.

On the other hand, an emotional intelligence assessment measures one's ability to recognize, understand, and manage emotions—both their own and those of others. By enhancing emotional intelligence, individuals can cultivate self-awareness, empathy, and effective emotional regulation, leading to better decision-making, leadership, and overall well-being. Both assessments offer valuable insights that can be applied in personal and professional contexts, fostering personal growth, enhanced relationships, and improved leadership capabilities. By facilitating discussion and reflection around your assessment results, Sierra Learnership Collaborative will guide you to identify the steps that can be taken on the journey to where you would like to be.  

Terms:

Our Service: As a part of the Foundational DISC package, you will participate in the following:

·  DISC & EQ (Emotional Quotient) Assessment & Report

·  3 Individual 45-minute DISC Debrief Sessions: Based on the assessment results and our coaching conversations, we will create relevant goals with specific actionable steps and timelines associated with each.  

Note: Session start and end dates to be determined based on client availability    

Investment: $825 

Payment will be made through a secure online payment portal using the payment method of your choice.  

If there is a need to reschedule, please attempt to provide 24-hour advance notice.

Our coaching relationship is completely confidential. We will never share your identity or any information about you or your business with any other person or organization without your expressed consent. In the unlikely event that there are concerns that need to be referred to another professional, I may be able to make that suggestion to you.

Our services are unconditionally guaranteed. If at any time you feel that you are not getting the support, honesty, coaching, or training that you expect, your feedback is appreciated so that we can meet your expectations.  

Agreement of Services:

I agree to contract the services provided by Sierra Learnership Collaborative, to provide a DISC & Emotional Intelligence coaching services for the purpose of addressing my personal and professional growth. If, at any time, I feel the coaching relationship is not working as desired, I agree to work toward re-designing the relationship. Also, I agree that Sierra Learnership Collaborative is free from any liability or actions that may be related to any comments or suggestions made by Sierra Collins.
