Objectives:

 

Goal Setting: Participants set specific, measurable, actionable, risky, time-keyed, exciting, and relevant (SMARTER) goals for the upcoming year, quarter, and/or month.

Progress Updates: Each participant shares their progress toward their goals from the previous month, including successes and challenges faced.

Accountability Partnerships: Participants are paired or grouped with accountability partners who help keep each other motivated and focused on their goals.

Problem Solving: The group collectively brainstorm solutions and strategies to overcome any obstacles hindering goal achievement.

Action Planning: Participants develop action plans for the month ahead, outlining the steps they will take to achieve their goals.

Feedback and Support: Group members provide constructive feedback, encouragement, and support to help each other stay committed to their goals.

Celebrating Wins: The group acknowledges and celebrates individual and collective successes, reinforcing positive behaviors and accomplishments.

Reflection and Learning: Participants reflect on what they've learned from their experiences and identify areas for improvement in their goal-setting and attainment processes.

Overall, these offerings create a sense of community, motivation, and accountability, fostering continuous growth and development among participants.

Aspire2Achieve Growth Options: 

  • Growth:  Access the “Grow on the Go” platform at your convenience. Monthly subscription.

  • Growth Unlimited:  This package includes a monthly 45-minute group accountability session as well as access to the Aspire2Achieve Growth Community platform with discussion boards and courses to support your ongoing personal and professional growth.  Monthly subscription.

  • Growth Unleashed:  This package includes everything in the Growth Unlimited package plus a monthly 30-minute individual accountability session with Sierra. Monthly subscription.

Agreement of Services:  

The Aspire2Achieve Growth Program requires no long-term commitments. You have the flexibility to cancel your subscription by providing us with at least 7 days' notice before the next auto-withdrawal to avoid any charges for the following month. Please note that we do not issue refunds for any portion of a paid month. Any future changes to the pricing of these existing packages will not impact the current contract.

The client is responsible for any and all expenses incurred in an attempt to collect overdue payments.  In the event of a dispute or claim resulting in legal action under this agreement, all court costs and reasonable attorney fees shall be paid by the defaulting party.

Our services are unconditionally guaranteed.  If at any time you feel that you are not getting the level of service you desire, your feedback is appreciated so that we can meet your expectations.
